•  Shipping Policy : We usually ship goods out in 4-6 working days.However please  allow up to 14 days during bank holidays or periods of extreme demand . It can take 30+ days if an item is not in stock .Shipping fees  are usually £1.99-£14.99  an item or sometime free if  there  is a promotion .If a item is out  of stock or we need more info before we ship we will  e-mail you.

The package must be signed for .If you are not home they will leave a slip, if you fail to pick up or refuse your package you will not be refunded . As it is your responsibility to collect the goods . We will reship them if they come back but fees will be incured and you will have to  wait  2-3 weeks. We do not refund shipping charges.

• Privacy Policy: We will never share your customer information with a third party. All order data is securely processed to complete the order and confidentiality is  guaranteed . We do not have access to any customer payment information . All payment information is securely processed by our payment processor and they are prohibited in using your info in any way but to only charge you for the order. 

• Return Policy 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
 Because we are a discount shop that ships most goods from overseas and work on tight profit margins we do  NOT offer refunds on any products purchased.Exchanges can be made on defective or damaged merchandise. We do not offer colour ,size or style exchanges see below. 

Acceptable reasons for an exchange: factory defect, wrong colour/size was sent, or any mistake made by us.

Unacceptable reasons for an exchange: colours are darker/lighter than pictured, item had minor colour differences or minor detail or wording differences from the picture, item does not fit, I would rather have a different item. We do not accept returns for items damaged because of washing or if used or if item is not exactly as in pictures.
Customers are required to email us within 5 days of receiving their products if they need to make an exchange.The customer must send a digital image of damage item and once we approve the return you must send back within 7 days (postmarked) or we will refuse shipment. We generally will   let you exchange goods as a goodwill gesture if goods are available.  But we will not pay any shipping charges.If you need to cancel we can usually do it if you contact us within 6 hours of placing your order . After 6 hours we cannot refund the shipping fees. Shipping Charges are never refundable under  any circumstances. In some rare cases if we do give a refund we will deduct the shipping fees and also deduct a 20% restocking fee from the total.

  We cannot guarantee that every item on our website is in stock at all times. If an item you order is out of stock you will be notified by e-mail within 4-8 days of placing your order. Some popular styles can be back ordered for weeks or months at a time. If we can obtain an expected date of when the item will be available we will let you know as soon as possible.
